Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions:
Echobox: the lessor.
Renter: the customer entering into the agreement.

2. Rental Period & Return

The renter must return the device no later than 2 days after the event using the provided return label. Late returns may incur extra charges.

3. Payment

Booking is confirmed upon full payment of the rental fee.

4. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 30 days before the event. 50% refund between 30 and 14 days. No refund for cancellations within 14 days of the event.

5. Deposit & Damage

A security deposit is required and will be refunded within 48h after return and inspection. Repair costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted. Full replacement value will be charged in case of loss or total destruction.
